The new ED 115S lens focuses the full visible spectrum of visible light to a critical point much more accurately than past ED product. The ED115S lenses are almost free of chromatic aberration in all colors and are critically sharp edge to edge. The astro-photographer will be especially pleased with the high contrast images through this telescope.The SPHINX comes standard with built in motors and the world's first star chart go-to controller, STARBOOK, with a large full color LCD display. The Sphinx’s design is exceptional and the exterior styling is equally attractive. The STARBOOK features a display on the large color screen and are navigated with simple buttons on the controller.
