The Tele Vue TV85 is another genius design by Tele Vue with a combination of special dispersion glass and apochromatic doublet lens which provide a stunning 4.4 degree rich-field. The Nagler design features fully multi-coated 2-element objective and 2" Everbrite diagonal producing natural stellar and planetary color rendition at the highest useful powers. Virtually eliminating internal reflections are the air-to-glass surfaces in the Tele Vue 85 and they are also multicoated, providing high transmission. Suppressing reflections and helping deliver high-contrast images is made possible with the textured tube and its flat-black inner surface. The diagonal on the TV85 is known for its superb full 99% reflectivity properties and permitting the use of long focal length 2" eyepieces.
The TV85 isn't just for night observation but allows for magnificent observation during the day, whether you are bird watching or scoping the beautiful wonders of nature, this TV85 refracting scope is sure to deliver. Included in the TV85 package is a 20mm Tele Vue Plossly eyepiece allowing you to observe almost any scenic view and maintain superb visual.
